Location

Margaret Indiana Massage Therapy is located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan in a private studio. For privacy purposes, the exact address will be sent with appointment confirmation. If you have booked an appointment but cannot find the confirmation email please email Margaret directly.

Policies

Payment

Payment must be made before or at the time of your massage.

Cancellations

Margaret Indiana offers a 24 hour cancellation policy.  Any appointments canceled outside of this time frame will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Arrivals

As there is no waiting area, kindly arrive no earlier than five minutes before the start of your service.

If you arrive significantly early there is a beautiful coffee shop called The Plant Shed on the South East corner of Columbus and 87th Street.

Lateness

Late arrivals will be accommodated to the best of Margaret’s ability without penalizing the following client.

Session Policy

Margaret Indiana Massage Therapy provides therapeutic, non-sexual massage and bodywork only.  Any illicit or sexually aggressive remarks, advances, or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session and client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.

Margaret Indiana Massage Therapy reserves the right to refuse service for clients not willing to complete and sign the health history form and massage therapy consent form, are under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, or present with contraindicated medical conditions.
